FUKUDA CO., LTD. was established in 1962 as a developer and manufacturer of medical and industrial sensors. FUKUDA has foreseen the importance of quality control and dedicated to the development of Air Leak Testers, which can be easily automated and produce repeatable results with very low pressure drop.

For many years FUKUDA has continued to supply industrial measuring equipment such as pressure testers, leak testers and flow meters to various industry areas such as: automotive, electronics, house-hold appliances, medical equipment, food, office equipment and precision apparatus. FUKUDA provides leak testers with a wide range of leak rates to meet the demands of our customers. CALIBRATION

Fukuda USA is accredited in accordance with the recognized International Standard ISO/IEC 17025:2017

General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories.

The accreditation demonstrates technical competence for a defined scope and the operation of a laboratory quality management system (refer to joint ISO-ILAC-IAF Communiqué dated 8 January 2009).

GAUGES AND SENSORS

Nagano Keiki Co., Ltd. manufactures and sells electronic measurement and testing instruments, and control equipment in Japan and internationally. AIR LEAK TESTER

Hermetically sealed electronic components leak test system is a system that automatically performs leak tests of various small electronic components in which a hermetic condition is required such as crystal oscillators, ceramic oscillators, MEMS, SAW filters, and small relays. Two types of inspections; gross leak test (air leak test) for measuring large leaks and fine leak test (helium leak test) for measuring minute leaks are generally performed for leak inspections of minute electronic components. FUKUDA provides a lineup of inspection systems for large amount and small amount of work according to the request of our customers.
